50 points scored by 26 year old American guard Josh Nicholas (190-G-1998, college: ULM) made him the highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team Deba lost the Al Hilal 90-136. He also grabbed 10 rebounds and got 4 assists that game. He is the 2nd best scorer in the league averaging over 31 points and almost 7 rebounds per game.
Nicholas kickstarted his career by winning the high school League Championship in 2016. He contributed his team making it the NJCAA Division I Sweet XV in 2019. He was also named the Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Honorable Mention last season.
